WORK & CULTURE

Our company was born and raised in the Midwest. Honesty, integrity and a genuine willingness to help are embodied by all here. Work-life balance and flexible scheduling allowances create a relaxed and autonomous at-mosphere. That said, there will be times when we’re busier than usual. We do our best to balance these weeks with early dismissal Fridays in the summer and celebrations for all the major holidays. Our parties are known to be taken rather seriously. Take Halloween for example. Our employees start planning their costumes months in advance.
